Under accessories you will find everything that is not a watch: boxes, other accessories and jewellery. A box on its own is usually bought to complete a watch, to keep one in, or as a present. Know what it does and does not do: a box does not make a watch any more genuine, and the papers of your own watch do not come with it.
The watches themselves are under all watches and on the page for each brand. Here is the rest: what belongs with a watch or goes alongside it, and jewellery.
A box from the brand makes a set more complete and is a neat place to keep a watch. It says nothing about whether the watch is genuine, because a box does not belong to one particular piece. Papers do: a warranty card or certificate belongs to one watch, with the serial number on it.
A watch with box and papers, a full set, is easier to sell on. To sell a watch to us you do not need a box: we also buy without a box and without papers. How that works is set out on sell your watch.
Bracelets and other jewellery are here too, such as the Cartier Love Bracelet. And if you have jewellery of your own that you want to keep while you need money: we take jewellery as well. The terms are on the pawning page.
With accessories the value lies in different details than with a watch. These are the points that matter most, whether you buy from us or elsewhere.
Brands supply a different box for each model line and period, often in more than one size. A box that belongs to another model does not always close properly around your watch. So check which size it is before you buy.
A set often consists of an inner box, an outer box and booklets. If it does not say that something is included, assume it is missing. A warranty card or certificate belongs to one watch, so on its own it is no addition to your set.
Look at the corners, the hinge and the clasp, and at the inside too: a discoloured cushion or a lining that is coming loose only shows once the box is open. If there are no photos of the inside, ask for them.
A bracelet is bought to size. Some jewellery also comes with a tool, such as the small screwdriver for the Cartier Love Bracelet, and often a certificate. If it is not mentioned, ask.
If something in a photo makes you unsure, just ask us. Better a question beforehand than a return afterwards.

Everything here we bought ourselves and had in our hands, just like the watches in our stock. You see photos of the item you will receive, and you can come and see it in Utrecht before you decide.
The cooling-off period and coming to see it apply to everything you buy from us. The one-year warranty covers the movement of a watch, so it does not apply to a box or a piece of jewellery.
If you buy in the web shop, you have fourteen days from receipt to change your mind, no reason needed. Looking and trying on is fine, as long as it comes back undamaged.
ReturnsOn the Amsterdamsestraatweg in Utrecht. Wednesday and Thursday without an appointment, all other days by appointment.

Rolex supplies a box that matches the model line and the period, often an inner box inside an outer box, and in more than one size. If you want to buy an original Rolex box for your own watch, first check which size and version belong with it. A box makes the set more complete, but the papers of your watch do not come with it.
A watch box on its own is a box without a watch in it. People buy one to complete a set, as a neat box to keep a watch in, or to give a watch as a present. Look at the condition of the inside and at what comes with it: an outer box and booklets are not a given.
A full set is a watch with its original box and papers: the warranty card or certificate, often with booklets. Such a set is easier to sell on. The papers belong to one watch, because the serial number is on them; on their own they are no addition to another piece.
From Cartier there is jewellery here as well, such as the Love Bracelet: the bracelet that is fastened around the wrist with a small screwdriver. With a pre-owned piece, look at the size, at the condition of the screw heads and whether the tool and the certificate come with it. Cartier watches are on the Cartier page.
Jewellery is bought on sight and on feel, and a size on paper says little. So do come and see it first. And if you have jewellery of your own that you want to keep while you need money: we take jewellery as well. See pawning.
We are at Amsterdamsestraatweg 251 in Utrecht. On Wednesday and Thursday you can walk in between 12:00 and 17:00; other days are by appointment. A box or a piece of jewellery is best seen in person: you see the condition of the inside and the size straight away.

No. Papers, such as a warranty card or certificate, belong to one watch: the serial number is on them. A box on its own does not belong to any particular piece.
What does come with a box, such as an outer box or booklets, is in the description. If it is not there, it is not included.
A watch with box and papers is easier to sell on, and a box makes a set more complete. How much difference that makes depends on the model and the condition.

Yes. We also buy without a box and without papers, so you do not need to buy a box to sell your watch to us.
How it works is set out on sell your watch.
The one-year warranty covers the movement of a watch. A box or a bracelet has no movement, so it does not apply there.
What does apply are your statutory rights and the fourteen days to change your mind on a web shop purchase. See returns and cooling-off period.
If you buy in the web shop, you have fourteen days from receipt to change your mind, no reason needed. Looking and trying on is fine; it does have to come back undamaged. If there are more signs of use than looking at it would leave, a reduction in value may be deducted.
How that works is set out on returns and cooling-off period.
Gladly. A box or a piece of jewellery is best seen in person, with the inside and the size in view.
