Do I need an appointment to come by?
On Wednesday and Thursday between 12:00 and 17:00 you can walk in. On other days we work by appointment, weekends included.
Do let us know in advance if you can, and we will set time aside for you.
How soon will I get a reply?

Ordinary questions by telephone, WhatsApp or email we usually answer within 24 hours as well.
Can I send photos of my watch by WhatsApp?
You may. Send clear photos of your watch and give the reference if you know it.
There is no fixed list: send what you can manage. We go through the rest once we are in touch. The request form is our preference, though, because it carries all the information we can go straight on with.
Can I get just a valuation, without selling?
You can. In the request form choose Valuation only under your preference. You are committed to nothing and decide for yourself what to do next.
